Common Returns Questions

Do I need to pay for shipping?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.  Please note, a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for using this label.

How soon will I get my refund?

You will be notified via email when your return has been received, and again when your refund has been processed. You can also track your return by logging into your account at www.carvedesigns.com. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return and refund to be processed.

What if I want an exchange instead of a return?

If you would like to exchange an item, please process your exchange through our Return Center. Choose the item you would like to return and then choose the new size you would like exchange for. We are only able to process an exchange for the same item and color, just a different size at this time. Once you have submitted your return to Fedex, your exchange order will process and ship. Tracking details will be sent once the item has left our warehouse. Shipping for exchange orders is free and you will not be charged the $7 return fee. 

What items are returnable?

Any items purchased in the last 30 days, except for select sale items marked FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS.

What items are non-refundable?

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not refundable.

Do I need to have an account to return a product?

You don't need an account with Carve Designs to return a product. If you checked out as a guest without creating a customer account, however, you will need to use that same email address to request a return. Or you can use your original order number that was provided on your confirmation or pack list.
